Purpose of Agreement:
This agreement sets forth the understanding between Alice Johnson and Robert Williams regarding the division of assets and financial responsibilities in the event of divorce or separation, in accordance with Virginian law.
Property and Assets:
The parties agree to disclose all real estate, bank accounts, investments, and personal property owned prior to marriage, which are listed in Schedule A attached hereto. Any properties acquired during marriage shall be addressed separately.
Spousal Support:
