Purpose of Agreement:
This agreement outlines the terms of separation between Michael Johnson and Emily Johnson, including division of property, financial arrangements, and custody considerations, aiming to resolve matters amicably and in accordance with Massachusetts law.
Property and Assets:
The parties agree to the division of marital property as follows: Michael will retain ownership of the family home located at 789 Maple Street, Boston, MA, and Emily will receive the sum of $50,000 from joint savings accounts. Additional assets are to be divided equitably as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto.
Spousal Support:
