Custody and Visitation Arrangements:

The parents shall share joint legal custody of the child. Physical custody shall be primarily with the mother, with visitation rights granted to the father as follows:

• Weekday Visitation: Father shall have visitation every other weekend from Friday at 6:00 PM to Sunday at 6:00 PM.
• Holiday Schedule: Alternating holidays such as Christmas, Easter, and Independence Day.
• Summer Vacation: The father shall have the child for two weeks during summer, to be scheduled mutually.
