Wedding Photography Contract Sample

Description of Services:

The photographer agrees to provide wedding photography services on the scheduled date, capturing moments as discussed, including engagement shots, ceremony coverage, and reception photography, using professional equipment and delivering edited images as specified.

Terms and Payment:

The client agrees to pay a total fee of $2,500, with a deposit of $500 due upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance shall be paid by the event date. Deliverables will be provided within 4 weeks after the event via digital download or as agreed.

Responsibilities of the Parties:

The photographer will arrive timely and conduct sessions professionally. The client shall provide access to the venue and cooperate during photography sessions. Both parties agree to respect each other’s rights and obligations.
