Description of the Property:
Shared residence located at 789 Pine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015, including common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, as well as individual bedrooms allocated to each roommate.
Living Arrangements and Contributions:
The roommates agree to share the rent of $1,800 per month, payable in equal parts of $900 each, due on the first of each month. Utilities and other shared expenses will be divided equally unless otherwise agreed.
