Shared Residence:

The premises of shared living include the entire apartment at 789 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704, including common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, as well as personal bedrooms designated for each roommate.

Arrangement and Expenses:

Roommates agree to share rent of $900 per month, payable in equal parts of $450 each, due on the 1st of each month. Utilities and household supplies will be split equally unless otherwise specified.

Obligations of Roommates:
